On submission, an in-house Claude agent classifies the request, drafts a polite acknowledgement, and queues both for the Privacy Officer to review and sign. The agent never sends a reply, never approves a Privacy Impact Assessment, never represents Invest Wise Way to a regulator. Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA require a named human in those roles; the agent is a triage assistant only.

Also runs a daily audit job: SLA breaches, recent consent withdrawals, linter-flagged dispatches. The Privacy Officer reviews the report each morning.
